2 February - More Fermenting Fun

So the first round of ferments are just about done now, and looking good too.

Here we have two Large containers of First Ferment Kombucha, Two swing top bottles of Second Ferment Kombucha, two black lid bottles of second ferment Kombucha with flavours, and on the left, my 1L of Kefir, that soon will separate to become Whey and Cheese, and in the Jar with the airlock, my first round of Fermented Sauerkraut.

The bowl on the right is a Kombucha Scoby that we removed from the jars, and will chop up to include in the animals food.
