5 February - Even MORE Fermenting Fun

OK, So I promise, soon I will stop posting about my ferments.

But yesterday afternoon, I bottled and finalised my Non Kombucha ferments, and began a new batch, so I had to photograph them all.

We have (from Left): Finished Ruby Kraut with Chilli, New Batch of Carrot and Kale with Coriander and Cumin, Kefir Whey, and Kefir Cream Cheese.
