7 February - Price Match Guarantee???

Harvey Norman, after yesterdays shenanigans, Im still fuming.

You’re Price Match ‘Guarantee’ is not that at all. Apparently its a subjective ‘guarantee’ that your staff can choose to honour if they wish.

Im glad the ‘guarantee’ on my appliances dont work that way.

“Im Sorry, but LG have decided we arent accepting warranty claims today, you will have to try again tomorrow”.

Just imagine if thats how a ‘guarantee’ actually worked!
