As someone who has been through the buying selling process a few times now, I found this site highly amusing.

Especially on the selling end, where they ask you to get your house into tip top shape, and then send a photographer in to take the photos. I can assure you when we sold our place, the photos really did an amazing job.
It wasnt just an agent with an iPhone. It was a professional photographer with various lenses and light detecting gadgets that, at the time, I admit I thought were a bit unnecessary, until I actually SAW the photos.
And as a buyer, I always appreciate decent photos of the house. Dodgy dark, blurry, stretched (Yep great Agent trick that. Stretch the photos so the rooms look enormous. Except where DID they buy that Bath thats over 3m long?) photos just make me click to the next property.
So to me, this site is absolute Internet Gold. Some of the pictures are very impressive, and the site assures readers that they are all truly genuine Real Estate Photos taken from genuine Sale ads.
Which leads me to the ad I’ve chosen for my blog.
I sincerely hope this is a “For Sale By Owner” deal, and not that the agent wears no pants.
But then, Ive met a few Estate Agents now, and they are a breed of their own. So who knows what happens when the cameras arent around.
